THE DEVIL IS A LOSER AND HE’S MY BITCH

DEVOUT SACRILEGE

September 25-October 25

Gallery Studio St. St.

Sanderstr 26, 12047 Berlin

In a small and dirty transvestite -run sorry excuse for a gallery rises a cathedral for the disenfranchised to finish the job of Babel. Starting close to the floor, the artworks of eleven international artists engaged in questions of the sacred will be displayed as a site-specific curatorial installation. Visitors will be able to view works of art as they walk over them, as originally conceived in a dream.

Devout Sacrilege is not reactionary to conventional and boring notions of the sacred, it is its own queer sacred with hopes of opening up a space for plural and alternative sacred(s).

The Legitimacy of Pole Dancing: But who needs to be legit?

Pole Dancing's legitimacy need not be argued, simply appreciated. For to say otherwise is simply sexist, as ironic as that may seem. Heaven forbid she has breasts, but for some reason that often seems to discredit the skill and creativity of the dancer.

Dance on!
